The procedure

When manufacturing aluminium profiles, our partners and Incze GmbH use high-performance extrusion presses. In the process, a billet heated to a forming temperature of around 500 °C is pressed through a die with a stem, which determines the shape. This creates open profiles or hollow profiles that are manufactured perfectly according to your wishes and requirements. The requested tolerances (e.g. DIN EN 755-9, DIN EN 12020-2) are always guaranteed.
